Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you haven't received one, your order is still in production. Standard orders process within 4-5 business days. Build It For Me orders take up to 19 business days. You can track your order with your email and order number by clicking here.

Tracking can take a few days to update after your shipping confirmation. We practice zone skipping, meaning we truck orders to a central distribution hub (e.g., a larger facility in Texas) to speed up delivery. So if your tracking doesn't immediately scan in, don't worry your package is moving on time!

Double-check the order confirmation slip that came with your order. Larger orders sometimes ship in multiple packages. If something is missing, contact us with your order number.

Once your order enters production, we can't make changes or cancellations. Build It For Me orders are customized just for you. If your order hasn't entered production yet, reach out ASAP.

Contact us ASAP. If your order hasn't shipped, we may be able to update it. Once it's with the carrier, we can't reroute shipments.

Take photos of the damage (packaging and items) and contact us with your order number and we will make it right.

Upgraded shipping speeds are available at checkout. Expedited shipping speeds up time in transit with the shipping carrier,it doesn't skip production. If you need flowers by a specific date, contact us and we can expedite your processing time.

Slight variations are normal due to natural wood, hand-dyeing, and screen differences. Keep in mind, you want some level of variance in colors to keep florals looking natural. If they all look exactly the same, they’ll look overly fake! If something looks significantly off, contact us with photos and your order number.
