Our comprehensive 15-point quality inspection has been developed and steeped in customer feedback starting in 2017 when we first opened our doors!
Here's what it includes...
Packaging

1Confirm all ordered items are present.

2Use our custom developed packaging inserts to hold bouquets and similar products in place while in transit.

3Ensure everything is packaged to protect it from damage by preventing excess movement in the box.

4All dyed/colored florals completely dry before being packaged.

5Stored in our climate controlled dry warehouse and manufacturing facility to ensure flowers maintain their shape & color throughout our process.

6Seal boxes to prevent them from opening in-transit.
Build Quality & Construction

Examine flowers for color, shape and size. Additionally check to ensure texture is correct.

Ensure any softened flowers used in the arrangement can be squished and maintain durability.

Adhesive and assembly. Confirm durability of adhesives used in the production process. For example, glued stems.

Stem & base inspections - for flowers with attached stems or bases like corsage handles.

Gently test the flowers to simulate handling and display, ensuring they retain shape.

No excess production byproducts like glue on Build It For Me arrangements.
Aesthetic Review - Master Florist

Composition & balance. Greenery placement and floral placements should give our bouquets the same stunning look and natural aesthetic seen on our website.

Arrangement matches website shape for the product. For example, a wildstyle product should be done in our wildstyle shape, and a round bouquet should look similarly shaped to what is on the website.

For Build it For Me (BIFM) orders, each order is custom built for you. This means we dye everything in the colors you pick, then use greenery and sola wood flowers that make the final product beautiful and cohesive. Feel free to browse our BIFM selections here.

Don't worry! We have DIY videos available to guide you through the coloring and assembling process. Additionally, you can choose pre-assembled Ready to Ship or Build It For Me options if you prefer. The Ready to Ship product option is our finished product and the best value for money. The Build It For Me product option allows you to get customizable colors built just for you!
