Ordering Wedding Arrangements
We offer a full line of wedding arrangements, including bridal bouquets, bridesmaid bouquets, mini bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages and centerpieces.

Yes, you can customize your wedding flowers! On a majority of our floral arrangements you can customize the colors. On all custom arrangements like "Custom Large Bouquet" you can customize the bark type (bark or no bark), the greenery, colors and the bouquet handle.
When you select the "Build It For Me" option on the product page our team of florists hand-build your order using the custom options you selected while on the product page. We soften, dye and assemble all "Build It For Me" floral arrangements to make the final product beautiful & cohesive.
**Please note picking this option will add production time to your order, which is viewable as red text when you click the Build It For Me option on any product that has this option. If you need to expedited your order you can do so at checkout.
When you select the "Do It Yourself" option on the product page, you will receive the deconstructed version of that product in the form of a kit.

About Sola Wood Flowers
Sola wood flowers are made of sustainably farmed sholapith - which is a soft, fast growing plant. They are soft, and almost foam-like in feel. We offer our flowers both with bark - known as skin flowers - or without the bark. All our flowers are handmade with the best craftsmanship.
Sola wood flowers are made by hand, out of sholapith. A soft fast-growing wood. Once turned into flexible sheets, the flowers are then hand-folded into various shapes. Our entirely hand-made process is why our flowers are different and can be formed to replicate various live flowers.
When correctly cared for, sola wood flowers last for a very long time and will not expire! Keep them in a cool, dry place and remove them from the bag as soon as they arrive. If you dye your flowers, try to keep them out of direct sunlight and humid rooms.

Yes! Our flowers are made of fast-growing replenishable sholapith wood.
Sola Wood Flowers are made from natural materials, no two are exactly alike. Our products are natural and eco-friendly.
Occasionally there may be small holes that from a "knot" in the wood due to the nature of the materials.
Our products are an organic material--they are not foam, therefore they WILL mold if left contained for an extended period of time. As soon as you receive your product open any flower bags to allow moisture to escape and prevent mold.

Yes but they may run into issues over time if exposed to severe heat, water or humidity. Some customers apply clear coat if they want to keep their flowers outdoors.
Yes, due to the natural material used scents take hold very well and last 3 - 6 months, check out our sola wood scents to do so!
Ordering Sola Wood Flowers
We offer a vast selection of sola wood flowers in many shapes and sizes. In addition to our wedding flower kits.
You can use the filtering or search bar to locate exactly what you are looking for.
Flowers do not come with stems - but we do offer stems! You can find bamboo stems here and wire here. We also offer stem covers, which some of our customers like using for a more realistic look.
We highly advise that you get sola softener with your order. This keeps the flowers moist and malleable while helping retain the form of the flower.
You can select the "pre-softened" option on the product page if you would like us to soften the flowers for you!
Yes you can! Certain products offer a custom dye option! Most of our 10 Pack flowers, and all of our Random Flower Assortments offer custom dye options on their product page. You can view our colors in our Color Gallery.
Flowers are available in a variety of sizes. Most flowers are available in 1" flowers, 1.5" flowers, 2" flowers and 3" flower sizes. We have filters on the left hand side of our site which allow you view flowers by size. You'll see the filter appear in sections like our 10 pack collection of sola wood flowers.
Sola softener locks in moisture and keeps your flower soft and squishy - even after they've been dyed! All of our pre-softened and custom "Build-it-for-me" products use sola softener to ensure they stay soft. You can find sola softener here.
Most customers use our sola dye to color their flowers and our sola softener to ensure they retain their squishy feel.

Our flowers are relatively soft and made entirely by hand. They may lose a bit of shape but fear not, this can easily be fixed by fluffing the flowers. You can find out how with our free sola wood crafting tutorials!
Order Tracking, Processing & Shipping
Processing Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Time
When you place an order, it goes through production. During large sales and/or busy seasons, production times may exceed standard production time; but rest assured we are working hard each day to get every order out in a timely manner. AFTER your order goes through production, it is then transferred to our shipping department.
Please note that all "build-it-for-me" orders can take up to 19 business days to process. Current processing times are illustrated in black text when you are selecting from "do it yourself" and "build-it-for-me" on the product page.
All other orders are processed within 4-5 business days.

Processing times during flash sales:
Processing during sales are based on order volume. As order volume increases the processing times can get delayed. Please reach out to our customer service with any questions.
Yes, you can expedite your order processing time. Expedited processing options will be available at checkout when selecting shipping options.
Due to the large volume of orders received on a daily basis, we cannot combine multiple orders into one order. If you forgot a product we recommend creating a new order. For more information please visit our terms and conditions.
Yes, for all orders you will get order conformation, shipping conformation and delivery conformation via email and SMS.
For all custom orders that are "build-it-for-me", "pre-softened" or "custom dyed" you will get updates on the progress of your order.
Once shipped you will receive in-transit, out for delivery and delivered email conformation.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Once an order is placed it is final and cannot be combined or modified. Read more about placing orders and cancellations/refunds on our terms & conditions page.Â
Due to high demand, we are currently unable to ship outside of the United States and Canada.
